A big well down to the Elbereth Dogs who were placed at Crufts - especially the two babies Ainokainen and Matkamies who each won the special puppy and special junior classes for their sexes, with Aino taking best puppy - which made it a super week for her owners Karen and Chris following the birth of Karen and Brendon's son.
The Elbereth breeder team had qualified for the breeder finals (the only lappy team to reach the required points) and I am very grateful to Pia for her help with making the Finnish costumes and to Chris, Nina, and Sam who stayed over an extra day at Crufts to help handle the team of Matkamies, Mikko, Ainokainen and Kimmi (thanks also to Vanessa and Mark for letting me borrow Kimmi!).
